We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Shukol. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Starting a Return
Before returning an item, please contact Shukol through our customer support channels with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send merchandise to an address shown on a shipping package without first receiving return instructions from us. Our products may be fulfilled through different fulfillment locations, and the appropriate return destination can vary by order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping
If a return results from an error on our part or an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Shukol will provide appropriate return instructions at no additional cost to you. For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Refunds

Cancellations
